Default Spirits AND Healing?

Is it possible to have a build that mainly focuses on spirit spamming but has healing on the side? I go on AB battles a lot with my guild, and I LOVE spamming Wanderlust and Pain and stuff, but I also want to heal when necessary... I was thinking having a Ranger secondary for Troll Unguent just for self healing... but what's a good build for that?

Not quite too sure regarding a build, but if u plan to establish spirits and fortify yourself you might as well bring things like spirit light and spirit transfer for the heals.

Yep. Take a few points out of spawning/channeling, and put in spirit light and mend body and soul.

Okay thanks so much! Right now (not counting boosts), I have:

11 Communing, 8 Channeling, 7 Restoration, and 8 Spawning. Is this good?

Given +4 energy regen, I'd go 12 chan 9 com 9 resto 0 spawn (and lots of sup runes)

I roll on ele and ranger alts, spirit spammers, that have little problem with most content. Prolly too OP, and nerf coming soon, but W/E.

Could you post your build? It'd help quite a bit.

Most rits are support in AB, never one thing, I can't say I recommend spirit spammer in any form of PvP, and a spirit spammer/Healer isn't easy in pvp.

Most go Channeling/Restore, while a majority of spirits are communing, spirit buffs are in channeling.

So your atts will be severely split.

Recovery, Recuperation, Life.
That's pretty much the extent of spirits that are doable outside of PvE. Plus, they affect allies, so they will help your NPCs and other allied players.
But keep in mind that in AB you spend most of your time running around, so you probably won't get the full effect out of spirits.

Pretty much I'd just grab Life so that you have a spirit to get the bonus for Mend Body and Soul and Spirit Light and a nice ally-wide heal.

(And Campfire is PvE, so if you want responses that should help you play better in PvP, I'd suggest making a thread in Gladiator's Arena. Or ask the mods to move it there.)
